Procurement Excellence Specialist

Our system partners with vendors to deliver flawless procurement and logistics for our solar projects, ensuring timely material availability in accordance with the construction schedule.

The ideal candidate must be open to at least one location, with final evaluation based on the candidate's preference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure procurement of site-level civil items locally within approved limits.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely material availability.
  • Align with procurement teams on vendor approvals and project SCM deliverables.
  • Maintain a vendor database at the local level for civil items and consumables.
  • Monitor and report material inflow/outflow, consumption, and stock levels.
  • Support material reconciliation for civil items during and after project execution.
  • Coordinate with logistics for safe and timely transportation of materials to the site.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices, vendor records).
  • Assist in resolving material shortages, delays, or quality issues at the site.
Qualification & Experience/Skills Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and consumables.
  • Understanding of local procurement practices and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with procurement documentation.
  • Good coordination and negotiation skills for vendor interaction.
  • Ability to work closely with site teams under tight timelines.
  • B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Graduate with relevant SCM/procurement experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement/supply chain of construction/renewable/industrial projects.
