Civil Infrastructure Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards, proficiency in reading drawings and specifications, and experience with project planning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
- Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
- Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
- Ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and permitting.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
