Job Title: Strategic Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Strategic Project Manager to lead our Quantity Survey team across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performing Quantity Surveying team to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budgets for residential and commercial projects.
  • Oversee tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management to maximize financial efficiency.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with approved budgets through effective cost control measures.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide timely Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and updates to leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic project management, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management to drive business success throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project financials.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Quantity Survey software/tools, MS Excel, and project management systems.
