Job Title:

Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced construction design manager to lead our fast-track and complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender & Technical Review
    • Analyze tender documents and drawings for project feasibility
    • Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications on project scope
  • Construction Methodology
    • Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies to ensure efficient project execution
    • Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery for timely completion of projects
    • Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients for project approval
  • Design Coordination & Value Engineering
    • Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs that minimize project costs
    • Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements
    • Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness without compromising project quality
  • Technology & Equipment Expertise
    • Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment to improve project productivity
    • Handle methodologies for complex structures to ensure successful project delivery
  • Site & Execution Support
    • Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions to overcome project challenges
    • Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation of projects
  • Communication & Documentation
    • Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches for clear communication with stakeholders
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders through regular project updates
