Senior Culinary Operations Manager

Are you an experienced culinary professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain an efficient operation by constantly analyzing quality and cost of food production. This involves working closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, presentation, and final plating.
- Monitor and assist section heads to prepare daily electronic food requisitions according to forecasted figures.
- Conduct food tastings on a daily basis to ensure quality and taste standards are met.
- Correct discrepancies (quality, taste, appearance) immediately and document accordingly.
- Develop and comply with systems, procedures, rules, objectives, and timescales set by the organization.
- Work within a technical/specialized area of expertise to improve the quality of the service and product provided.
- Adopt an accommodating and helpful manner when interacting with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Advanced culinary skills, leadership, and experience in a high-end hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
- Minimum of 8 years in the profession (Quality Hotels and Restaurants).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and team members.
- Possess ability to lead and make decisions.
- Good administrative skills, including budgeting and time management.
- Cruise Ship Experience/5-star Hotel
- Fluency in additional language(s)
