Job Overview:

The successful candidate will independently oversee their assigned section, possess comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen areas, and act as a liaison between management and junior positions. Key responsibilities include preparing electronic requisitions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Preparing and submitting electronic food requisitions on a daily basis

* Conducting routine checks on kitchen inventory and merchandise

* Upholding compliance with Public Health Policies and Company Regulations in both hot and cold kitchen sections

* Identifying training needs and addressing operational issues
