We are a HVAC and Fire Fighting company based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. As we continue to grow, we need an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our leadership team. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

We provide SITC services in HVAC and Firefighting domain, dealing in extensive lineup of Daikin Industries. Our main clientele are hotels and hospitals.

  • Recruit and onboard new hires
  • Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
