Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our recruitment strategy and drive talent acquisition efforts for our organization.

This key role oversees the end-to-end talent acquisition process, fosters strong employer branding, and ensures top talent attraction across technology, product, operations, and business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

The successful incumbent will design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

The ideal candidate will build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
Stakeholder Management

The incumbent will collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
Operational Excellence & Compliance

The successful candidate will establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
