Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization, driving talent acquisition strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Performance Enhancement: Conduct performance management, provide feedback to employees to improve their skills and knowledge, enhancing employee growth and development.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits for employees, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs to upskill and reskill employees, improving organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
  • Plant and Corporate HR: Oversee overall plant and corporate HR functions, fostering collaboration between local departments, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an Engineering, Automotive, or Steel industry.

  • Excellent workforce recruiting, retention, and development abilities, coupled with expertise in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
