Job Overview
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive Human Resources support, partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization, driving talent acquisition strategies that meet business objectives.
- Performance Enhancement: Conduct performance management, provide feedback to employees to improve their skills and knowledge, enhancing employee growth and development.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits for employees, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs to upskill and reskill employees, improving organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
- Plant and Corporate HR: Oversee overall plant and corporate HR functions, fostering collaboration between local departments, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an Engineering, Automotive, or Steel industry.
Necessary Skills
- Excellent workforce recruiting, retention, and development abilities, coupled with expertise in talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
