About this role:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations function, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in CRM campaign management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed targets. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand business goals and develop targeted marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing CRM journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications
  • Managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver on set campaign objectives
  • Innovating on new campaign types and identifying opportunities for increasing deliverability

You will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to deliver campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices

Requirements for success include:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform
  • Best-in-class communication skills with ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams
