Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven financial leader to spearhead our organization's financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Operationalize multi-geo strategies for the organization in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory law and financial regulations, while fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong relationships and mitigate risks.
  • Identify and implement automation initiatives to streamline the finance function and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor landscapes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and ever-changing contexts.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferably with a Master's or MBA. Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Candidates with a minimum of 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, are encouraged to apply. A proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a high-growth startup is highly desirable.
