Manufacturing Engineer Key Role
About the JobThis position is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your expertise in engineering and process optimization will be essential in driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for Cabinet production, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and functions to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Implement Lean principles and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Pursue Bills of Material (BoM) translation from engineering into manufacturing BoM, including item master creation and routing setup in Oracle.
- Design and establish manufacturing process plans, including necessary fixtures and tooling.
- Support equipment layout planning, facility modification, and equipment installation and inspection.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- In-depth understanding of drawings, schematics, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Lean, Oracle applications, and MS Office.
- Exceptional EHS background and leadership skills.
