As a Field Collections Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the recovery of business loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business loans collections.
  • Expertise in handling NPA or write-off cases.
  • Ability to manage DPD (Days Past Due) above 90 days.
  • Strong knowledge of ticket size management, with a minimum of 7-10 lacs.
  • Must have prior experience in field collections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations or inbound/outbound calling is not a requirement.
  • Candidates with profiles in operations or inbound/outbound calling will not be considered for this role.
