Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3-7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and staffing models to inform sales approaches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and partners
  • Ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
