This manufacturing firm has been producing high-quality Heavy Duty Grips and related products since 1985. Our items are used in various sectors like Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, Marine & Offshore, Mining Operations & Trench Cable Laying Companies in India and exported to over 20 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables accurately in the warehouse.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, alert for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Properly tag, label, and store materials systematically for easy tracking.
  • Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications).
  • Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/software/manual registers according to company standards.
  • Generate and share regular reports on stock movement, consumption patterns, material shortages, and wastages.
  • Handle, store, and preserve materials properly adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Follow company policies and audit requirements related to inventory and warehouse management.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
