About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and dispatch coordination. This role requires proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and strong multitasking abilities to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, track orders, and maintain timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee packaging quality, returns, and warehouse organization to ensure efficient operations.
  • Analyze data using Excel to identify process improvements and maintain operational reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi (required).
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work with a progressive mindset.
