Job Title

SAP RE-FX Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP RE-FX for end-to-end real estate contract and lease management, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting requirements. Support integration with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Asset Accounting, defining master data structures for business entities, buildings, land, and rental objects. Automate contract conditions, periodic postings, and payment flows, working with Finance and Controlling teams to align postings and valuations.

Support period-end closing and reconciliations in RE-FX, developing functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces. Train business users on RE-FX functionality and reporting, providing support during cutover, go-live, and Qualifications & Skills & Certifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or IT.
  • SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance or RE-FX.

6+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementation and support, with strong knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842). Experience in integration with FI-AA, FI/CO, and MM, with exposure to migration projects from RE Classic to RE-FX. Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations in real estate.

Skills
  • Hands-on customizing of RE-FX master data, contracts, and conditions.
  • Understanding of posting flows, valuations, and accruals.
  • Knowledge of Central Finance integration (advantage).
  • Familiarity with SAP Group Reporting for consolidation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and training skills with finance and real estate stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and integration points in a complex landscape.
