Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing client relationships, and driving sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting with potential buyers, coordinating with marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations.

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property sales
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to stay updated on market trends and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the Bangalore real estate market is a plus
