We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to support our India operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate critical commercial documents, including landlord-facing agreements and client-facing agreements.
  • Partner with leasing and business teams to support deal structuring and closure, ensuring legal terms align with commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate with external counsel to manage litigation, prepare due diligence reports, and mitigate legal risks.
  • Proactively track lease expiries, renewals, notice periods, and lock-in milestones to support business continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • LLB from a reputed institute (mandatory); CS qualification is an added advantage
  • 4-8 years in real estate, commercial leasing, or managed office operations
  • Strong drafting and contract negotiation capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of contract and property law
  • Ability to independently track lease expiries and contractual timelines
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with a balanced legal risk approach
