Job Overview

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing our commercial real estate portfolio. As a seasoned professional with expertise in site acquisition, leasing, and stakeholder management, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies to identify viable sites for new leases or expansions.
  • Lead negotiations for lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to optimize contract outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and property consultants.
  • Manage escalations effectively, ensuring smooth coordination for lease obligations and payments.
  • Oversee the optimization of the existing real estate portfolio to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on property performance and portfolio health.
  • Represent the organization in all property-related discussions with external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in site acquisition or leasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate market dynamics in India.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and landlord relationship management.
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical and financial acumen.
