Global Financial Insights Manager

Drive strategic decision-making with impactful financial insights. As a key member of our global corporate controlling team, you will be responsible for creating and presenting reports that help management make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of monthly business performance reporting
  • Contribute to further enhancements of global divisional reporting, leveraging Power BI capabilities
  • Collaborate in the budget and forecasting process to ensure accurate projections
  • Enhance commercial transparency through detailed financial analysis and data interpretation
  • Support investment and M&A-related financial analysis
  • Maintain transparency around CAT4 and projects at the global division level
  • Facilitate approval requests between regional Controlling teams and Corporate
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and situation-specific reports as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics (with a focus on Controlling), Information Management, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate controlling
  • Strong analytical skills, including data gathering, organization, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination
  • Proficiency in querying, report writing, and presentation of results
  • High IT affinity and ability to maintain databases
  • Effective communication and assertiveness skills
  • Proactive approach, drive, and high level of ownership
