At Straumann Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and maximizing sales revenue within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted dental practices and the dental community at large to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dentists and oral surgeons in the defined territory.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
- Manage and develop referral networks for non-active general practitioners.
- Represent Straumann at customer events, including regional events and national trade shows.
- Develop and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts, and sales promotion activity budgets.
- Bachelor's Dental Degree (B.D.S) preferred.
- 3+ years of dental sales experience or some clinical experience as an associate dentist.
- Dental industry experience strongly preferred.
- Prior sales experience with physicians as the principal point of contact preferred.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently.
- Confident in using different insights and adapting selling approaches based on customers' needs and situations.
- Maintains integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times.
