Façade Access Consultant/Engineer

We are seeking a Façade Access Consultant/Engineer to join our team of dedicated specialists.

This role offers the opportunity to provide Façade Access advice and design expertise on challenging single or multi-disciplinary projects.

The successful candidate will gain experience in façade access system integration, leading design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.

  • Liaising with the design team to advise on façade access system integration.
  • Leading design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.
  • Preparing façade access strategy reports at key design stages.
  • Preparing Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems.
  • Reviewing contractor drawings and inspecting site throughout construction to ensure spec compliance, design intent, and relevant legislation.
  • Managing multiple façade access consulting projects and working directly with clients.
  • Conducting research on industry trends and available technologies used in façade access.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Experience with façade access systems, either consultancy or contractor role.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of façade access systems, performance, operation, engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with relevant academic background.
  • Competence in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
