About the Role
This is a key position that oversees core workplace services and facilities operations. The successful candidate will ensure the work environment meets high standards every day.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors.
- Administer contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service KPIs; drive cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
- Support health, safety, and environmental basics in coordination with safety teams.
- Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges.
- Assist with community events and internal activities as assigned.
- Produce reports and compliance documentation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor's degree; experience in general affairs/facilities/services administration is a plus.
- Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- New graduates with a service-minded approach are welcome to apply.
