Responsibilities

  • Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors.
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service KPIs; drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
  • Support health, safety, and environmental basics in coordination with safety teams.
  • Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges.
  • Assist with community events and internal activities as assigned.
  • Produce reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree; experience in general affairs/facilities/services administration is a plus.
  • Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
