Job Description:

As an Operational Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve business growth through effective daily workflow management and schedule adherence. You will also be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strong communication channels with US offices, preparing detailed reports, conducting regular quality checks, facilitating daily meetings, anticipating client needs, reviewing feedbacks, and upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflows to meet business objectives
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Maintain open communication channels with US offices
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Facilitate daily meetings to discuss progress and address concerns
  • Anticipate and meet client needs to exceed expectations
  • Review feedback from clients and implement improvements
  • Uphold quality standards in all aspects of work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, good networking skills, training skills, ability to create a challenging and fast-paced environment, 5-7 years of experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO, ability to handle pressure, strong computer skills, ability to learn quickly, teach members on process nuances, interact confidently with US internal and external customers, review reports, and manage change.
