Job Title: Workplace Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Workplace Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment through strategic employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity;
• Analyze feedback surveys to inform engagement strategies and drive business outcomes;
• Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy work-life balance;
• Act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution;

Performance Management System (PMS):

• Develop and execute performance management plans to support individual growth and development;
• Facilitate goal-setting processes, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles to ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments;
• Analyze performance data to inform learning and development planning;

Employee Relations:

• Foster open communication channels to promote transparency and trust within the organization;
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws;
• Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize workplace culture;
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and legal requirements;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools;
