As a seasoned IAM professional, you will drive strategic initiatives for leading financial institutions.

  • Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, architecture, and solutions across large-scale enterprise environments for critical financial services infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic vision to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.

You will mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices. Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture. Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.

Achieved experience in leading global teams and managing complex, enterprise-level IAM transformation projects. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven ability to architect and implement robust IAM solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and technical audiences. Thought leadership through published work, conference participation, or recognized expertise in IAM/cybersecurity domains preferred.
