We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management Expert to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our identity infrastructure, ensuring seamless access for employees while maintaining robust security.

  • We require someone with hands-on experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to administer and maintain these platforms.
  • A strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies, their implementation, and management across various systems is also crucial.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to monitor and report on identity-related activities, identify anomalies, and collaborate with security architects to improve our identity infrastructure.
  • In addition, they will support audits and compliance efforts by providing evidence and reports related to identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with identity reporting and analytics, including access logs and entitlement reviews.
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in managing RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure IAM features such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations is also desired.
  • Scripting or automation skills using languages like PowerShell or Python are a plus.
  • Azure DLP (Purview) expertise is an added advantage.
