Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in our Colleague Services organization. As a System Security Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining user access within Oracle HCM systems and related security process documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date access controls within the Oracle HCM system.
  • Developing custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.
  • Providing expert-level support for access-related questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system functionality.
  • Collaborating with managers and peers to ensure seamless execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications, including knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools and identity governance.
  • Strong understanding of OTBI and BI Publisher security.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or Oracle Learning module is highly desirable.
