Senior Identity Management Specialist

This role is a high-demand position requiring exceptional expertise in identity access management (IAM) and Sailpoint technologies. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience providing level three support for mission-critical banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced-level support for IAM + Sailpoint in a highly complex banking environment.
  • Evaluate and implement compliance strategies for PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Develop and optimize OAM + Sailpoint architectures; manage capacity, upgrades, and scalability.
  • Lead critical incidents and mentor junior teams; produce detailed post-incident reports.
  • Define automation standards using scripts and infrastructure as code.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and performance baselining initiatives.
  • Develop strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IAM and Sailpoint technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes, security compliance, and capacity planning principles.
  • Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow/BMC and vendor administration platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and infrastructure as code technologies.
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
