Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, developing and executing employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture aligned with company values, supporting implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking KPIs, and maintaining employee records in HRMS.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, people management, and compliance to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Key skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to handle confidential information with integrity, and strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs to support business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure high-quality candidates and seamless employee integration.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to set goals, develop performance plans, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance and support as needed.
