Country Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a talented Country Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing partner and project content, as well as amplifying the visibility of our partners' content.

The core mission of this role is to support ART & CULTURE Partners in the management of their content on our platform. Tasks include:

  • Providing each partner with individual access to the Content Management System, ensuring their profile is correctly set up for them to autonomously manage their collection on our platform.
  • Answering questions and checking on ART & CULTURE Partners to guide them through the standard partner lifecycle which consists of ingestion, curation, publication, and exhibition.
  • Troubleshooting any error/issue preventing ART & CULTURE Partners from using the platform with the help of existing FAQs and reporting bugs to the engineering teams in a timely manner.

Additionally, the Country Coordinator will be responsible for prospect coordination, including presenting our offer to interested prospects, outlining the terms and conditions to join, and executing track all tasks related to prospect management.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in partner and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
