Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee end-to-end campaign execution for influencer marketing projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Campaign Manager and be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering successful influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.

  1. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  2. Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements
  3. Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals
  4. Ensure campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) align with brand guidelines and objectives
  5. Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively
  6. Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients
  7. Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, design) to ensure seamless execution
  8. Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations
  9. Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency setup
