Job Title: Channel Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sourcing vertical, focusing on optimizing sales through established channels and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, with 12-15 years of experience and at least 5+ years in leadership roles driving sales growth. They should possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as a proven track record of scaling sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the sourcing organization structure
  • Create incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Engage with top-tier partners for business activation and growth
  • Hire, mentor, and lead sourcing managers/executives
  • Drive channel engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms
  • Report channel contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue)

Deliverables:

  • Sourcing team setup within 6 months
  • Significant sales contribution from established channels (Ahmedabad benchmark)
  • A robust partnership pipeline
