Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead to manage mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our global customers. This role involves providing 24x7 managed support for these cloud environments, overseeing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds benchmarks.

  • Build strategic relationships with partners to identify and realize opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues holistically and focusing on the complete problem.
  • Review tickets and escalate to management when required.
  • Oversee a team of Cloud Engineers, provide technical guidance and expertise where needed.
  • Act as the L3 in case escalation cases and resolve issues using a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in providing L3 technical support with a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and its supporting technologies and concepts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Vmware/KVM, and any on-prem cloud technology.
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine etc.)
  • Good working knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backup, Bash.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
  • Experience handling a team of minimum 4 people in this role.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience.
