Cloud Infrastructure Lead

This is a key leadership role that will effectively lead Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM and OTM deployments and configurations.

Responsibilities include administering key applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles. This also involves managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains and application components.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, updating and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security. They should also be able to work with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backup and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.

A strong technical background is essential for this role, with the ability to monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM applications performance and architecture, maintaining the Oracle Fusion Cloud reliability, integrity and recoverability.

Experience in developing ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime is highly desirable.

Skillfully working with internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules and outages is also expected.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM.
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.
  • Desirable certifications include Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
