Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and help design, build, and operate large-scale cloud-native infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for architecting Kubernetes clusters, driving automation for provisioning, scaling, and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native infrastructure, with expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure. They will also have experience building internal developer platforms, control planes, or service frameworks using Terraform or CDK.

This role requires the ability to develop cost optimization strategies for cloud services and infrastructure utilization. The successful candidate will also be able to implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or CDK for reproducible and auditable infrastructure changes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect Kubernetes clusters and drive automation for provisioning, scaling, and upgrades.
  • Develop cost optimization strategies for cloud services and infrastructure utilization.
  • Build internal platform services for use by engineering teams across the organization.
  • Implement IaC using Terraform or CDK for reproducible and auditable infrastructure changes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
  • Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure—AWS, GCP, or Azure—with deep hands-on experience.
  • Strong background in Kubernetes architecture and operations (schedulers, K8s internals).
  • Experience building internal developer platforms, control planes, or service frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern scripting and programming languages—Go, or Python.
  • Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with infra/security compliance in production-grade environments.
