We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cloud infrastructure projects related to AWS environments.

The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, manage cloud-focused teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients. The position requires strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities include project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments. Flexibility to support clients across multiple time zones is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience mandatory
  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration
  • Understanding of cloud security practices and monitoring tools (SIEM)
Leadership and Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage technical teams

This role plays a critical role in advancing cloud adoption, team productivity, and client success.
