Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud architectures. They will also be required to troubleshoot distributed systems, migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud, and deliver and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Deploying and managing containerized environments using EKS, AKS, and GKE.
  • Providing Level 2/3 support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.
  • Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation, JSON, YAML, or Terraform.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud computing, with expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet/Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices, including IAM policies and roles, SSL, and KMS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
