We are seeking an experienced Sourcing and Channel Development Manager to fill this key role.
This individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and managing channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive sales and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with external property consultants, source verified clients through partner networks and references, and drive registrations and bookings by activating the channel partner network.
Additionally, they will plan and execute broker meets and field visits, work closely with the sales team to ensure lead flow, and provide regular market intelligence and feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development
- Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused
- Own vehicle preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard and manage channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Broker Meets and Field Visits: Plan and execute broker meets and field visits to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
