Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to play a key role in strengthening our presence in the real estate market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong networks with channel partners and developers, onboarding projects, building lasting partnerships, and driving business growth through strategic sourcing and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to position them as effective connectors for our organization.
  • Drive project onboarding by securing new mandates and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and alignment with company objectives.
  • Meet and engage with developers to deliver presentations highlighting our strengths, services, and track record.
  • Identify and source new developers to expand the business pipeline.
  • Convert channel partners into long-term connectors to ensure a steady flow of new project mandates.
  • Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates to management on progress, pipeline, and results.
