Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance. This role entails managing scope, quality, timelines, and resources while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and timely outcomes.
  2. Manage project scope, timeline, and budget for assigned projects.
  3. Develop proposals, review estimates, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  4. Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
  5. Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  6. Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  7. Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
  8. Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 8 to 18 years in Project Management.

  • Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account mining.
Good to Have
  • PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
