  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business initiatives, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Manage project progress, risks, and issues across the team, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.">
  • Evaluate and optimize project processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.">
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system, preferably including Kronos WFM/HCM solutions.">
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with expertise in lean methodologies and continuous improvement.">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.">
