Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

  • Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled project lead to oversee and manage projects within our organization. This role is responsible for leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources, managing project progress, ensuring timely completion of projects, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and lead project planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Monitor and control project expenses while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by adapting work schedules and allocating resources efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in project management, preferably with a background in the field of business administration.
  • Proficiency in English language (oral and written).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and principles.
  • Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects with diverse teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and make informed decisions promptly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
