Primary Purpose

As a Closing Manager, you will be the final touchpoint in the sales process, overseeing client engagement and responsible for engaging with high-intent leads. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth, high-quality sales experience.

  • Engage with clients and brokers to assist in closure of their referred clients.
  • Attend and engage with direct walk-ins and sourced leads at the project site.
  • Present the project, its unique selling points, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
  • Market research and analysis to understand trends and market landscapes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure.
