Senior Business Analyst Position

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting and financial systems, with a strong focus on data analysis and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management systems to central divisional systems.
  • Provide expert support for all agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, implement and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive training programs for finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
  • Ensure accurate testing and maintenance of finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files for the accounting center according to established guidelines.
  • Support members of the Financial Systems team with various projects, audits and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in R2R Reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting principles, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit.
  • Exposure to US GAAP is an added advantage.
  • Post-graduate degree in Finance or a related field.

Work Setup: This role requires a standard full-time schedule with regular working hours (9 AM – 6 PM), 5 days a week.
