Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System & User Support:
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
  • Networking & Infrastructure:
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Server & Application Support:
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
  • Cloud & Security:
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.
  • Assist with internal and external IT audits.
