Job Title: Enterprise System Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise System Reliability Specialist to validate the stability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities of large-scale applications. The ideal candidate will design and execute resiliency test strategies to identify vulnerabilities across systems and networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive resiliency test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure system reliability.
  • Conduct stress, load, and failure testing to pinpoint weaknesses and optimize system performance.
  • Analyze system behavior under failure conditions, providing actionable insights to improve system resilience.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and recommend architecture/process improvements to enhance overall system reliability.
  • Monitor system logs and behavior during tests, documenting risks and mitigation strategies to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures and ensure seamless system operations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, RPT, and scripting in Python/Java programming languages.
  • Familiarity with cloud testing environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Exposure to DevOps processes, automation, and cybersecurity principles to ensure secure and reliable system operations.
