Job Description:

As a System Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and scalability of our systems and platforms. You will work closely with development teams to integrate reliability and performance best practices into the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tools and scripts to automate operational processes, reducing manual workload and improving system resilience
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and resource usage, identifying and addressing bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations, working closely with other departments and stakeholders
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to technical communities to foster growth and excellence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and quality assurance

Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Windows Server management, PowerShell scripting, and cloud technologies. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Good working experience on Windows Servers, including hands-on experience with Windows Server OS 2016, 2019, and 2022
  • Experience with Windows server cluster and troubleshooting on cluster issues
  • Good understanding and knowledge on Windows Server PowerShell scripting
  • Awareness of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc)
  • Unix background and Unix Shell scripting skills
