Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead, Karigar-Saheli Partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Amazon's offerings in India, serving as the face of Amazon to potential partners in the social sector.

Your success will be measured by the performance of your partners and sellers, as well as the impact of sellers on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers. To succeed in this role, you must have superior people management and customer interfacing skills, along with the ability to think strategically about business, product, and e-commerce challenges.

  • Onboard and manage relationships with program partners.
  • Manage seller/category level goals through relevant business insights and build category level growth plans that cover key business opportunities for the seller and Marketplace.
  • Serve as a leader and point of contact for escalated sellers, providing support and resolution in a timely manner.
  • Partner and communicate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent partner/employee/seller experience is achieved.
  • Analyze relevant data to provide business insights, conduct deep dive analysis, and present data trends on the seller's current business and future opportunities.
